Brief Summary: Through this prospective, single-arm cohort pilot study, we plan to explore the safety and effectiveness of Shoulder Radiofrequency Ablation (SRFA) in patients with non-operative chronic shoulder pain due to shoulder osteoarthritis with or without rotator cuff tears.
