Official Title: Antibiotic Prophylaxis for Type II and III Open Fractures: a Retrospective Chart Review
Brief Summary: Determine if antibiotic prophylaxis with intravenous cephalosporin and aminoglycoside in patients with Type II and II open fractures is safe and effective.
