Brief Summary: The investigators prospectively studied ninety nine GERD patients following laparoscopic hiatal surgery combined with transoral incisionless fundoplication at two community hospitals. General surgeons and gastroenterologists participated in the study. GERD questions were recorded before and at six and twelve months.
