Brief Summary: The investigators multicenter randomized open-labelled study will investigate the efficacy of an everolimus based immunosuppression in reducing total native kidney volume in kidney recipients with autosomal dominant polycystic kidney disease compared to a calcineurin inhibitor-based immunosuppression.
