Brief Summary: The purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety and efficacy of individualized, Biometrics-guided Magnetic e-Resonance Therapy (MeRT) treatment of Persistent Post-Concussive Symptoms (PPCS) following Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI).
