Brief Summary: The purpose of this study is to compare the efficacy of SPI-2012 with pegfilgrastim in patients with early-stage breast cancer receiving docetaxel and cyclophosphamide (TC) to prevent and reduce Neutropenia that is associated with cancer chemotherapy.
