Official Title: Chyle Leak After Pancreatic Surgery - CLAP
Brief Summary: Currently it is unclear whether postoperative chyle leak (CL) after pancreatic surgery requires treatment. Thus, the present study aims to compare dietary treatment of CL with drain removal despite of persistent CL.
