Official Title: Treatment of Hypertrophic Scars Using Fractional Laser and Fractional Laser-assisted Topical Corticosteroid Delivery
Brief Summary: The objective of this study is to evaluate the efficacy and safety of using ablative fractional laser- assisted topical corticosteroid delivery for the treatment of hypertrophic scar.
