Official Title: Optimizing Cerebral Autoregulation During Surgery
Brief Summary: The purpose of this study is to conduct a pilot trial to determine the feasibility, safety, and potential efficacy of targeting MAP within the limits of cerebral autoregulation during surgery compared with usual care.
