Brief Summary: The purpose of the study is to find out if iptacopan is effective and safe in adult patients with Paroxysmal Nocturnal Hemoglobinuria (PNH) who switch from their current standard of care treatment (eculizumab or ravulizumab) to study treatment, iptacopan/LNP023.
