Official Title: A Switch-Over, Open-Label Study of the Safety, Pharmacokinetics, and Efficacy of HPN-100, Followed by Long-Term Treatment With HPN-100, in Pediatric Subjects Under 6 Years of Age With Urea Cycle Disor
