Brief Summary: The purpose of this clinical study is to assess whether AbobotulinumtoxinA (Dysport®) injections in upper and lower limbs accompanied with a personal exercise plan called "Guided Self-rehabilitation Contract" (GSC) can improve voluntary movements in subjects with hemiparesis.
